Alumni Gatherings
Recovery is a shared flame that grows stronger when we stand together.
Our Alumni Gatherings provide a safe, informal space to reconnect, share the unique joys of life on the “other side,” and find strength in a community that truly understands.
You don’t have to walk this path alone—come as you are and let the power of connection fuel your journey.

Alumni/Family Support Saturdays
Join us for our upcoming Alumni/Family Support Saturday, a gathering designed to strengthen our community and share the power of long-term recovery.
We are thrilled to announce that this session will feature a series of “Mini Leads” from our very own Ridge Alumni! There is truly no better way to find hope and perspective than by hearing directly from those who have walked this path and are successfully navigating life in recovery.
What to Expect:
- Real Stories: Multiple alumni guest speakers will share brief, impactful “mini leads” about their personal journeys.
- Peer Connection: Gain insights and encouragement from individuals who understand the unique challenges and triumphs of the Ridge experience.
- Community Support: A welcoming space for both alumni and family members to reconnect, ask questions, and support one another.
Whether you are looking for a spark of inspiration or simply want to catch up with familiar faces, we invite you to come hear how our alumni are thriving.

June’s Alumni/Family Support Saturday
Work with our art therapist Sharee Allen, LMFT, to create a felt affirmation banner.
Materials and instruction will be provided, and you’ll leave with some uplifting decor for your wall: make one with a team or on your own! (No sewing required.)

Alumni/Family Support Saturdays featuring Tom Busch
Tom Busch’s workshop “The Stories We Live By” shows how instant internal narratives shape emotions, reactions, shame, fear, and coping—often overriding reality. Participants learn to spot, honestly examine, and compassionately rewrite these stories to spark healthier self-talk and trust-building conversations.
Tom Busch is a coach, speaker, and Thrive Fitness Plus co-owner who helps people grow through practical frameworks for personal formation, relational health, and integrated emotional-physical-spiritual transformation.
